Implement Markdown-backed Pursuit editing, task linking and Codex execution, result reconciliation, a local Web Studio, CLI commands, documentation, and focused tests.
Reject ordinary create and move operations that would use the schema's terminal fourth heading level, preserve valid terminal F# behavior, and add regression coverage.
